Its location was favourable, 5 minutes drive from an art museum. Staff were helpful, it was a pleasure meeting them.

The owner was very helpful.
Broken cupboard faces, no insulation and poor heating. Also no breakfast was available on site.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and also a 2 bedroom townhouse. The apartment was basic but still clean and comfortable, the townhouse was definatley worth the slight extra cost. The owners/managers were very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet location. Will be staying again next time we are passing through Coffs.

The clean state of the room with NO smell of cigarette smoke. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom could be a problem for people with impaired balance. But we loved the place.

Good location, excellent tariff when on a budget but still very comfortable with a good amount of space.

The rooms had a nice private area outside the front door. They were nice and clean. Close to shops and food outlets. Pool area and games room were great. Beautiful clean pool.
The bathroom was shared with laundry and was only a shower with a curtain around it so very basic in that area.

Booked a villa for one night $110.. got there just as the office was shutting and was shown the studio. It was nothing like the pictures on the site It was in a original 1960 style NO Air CON (tep was 35) Bed was ready to be thrown away, shower area was moldy and the whole thing had a smell of all carpet. wall between bedroom and leaving area was made of wood paneling thin as a paper... stayed 10 min in it so i can book my self a new hotel. I will NEVER EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND IT to ANYONE
